What’s the plan?
Creating an entire course from scratch probably seems like a rather intimidating endeavour, but don’t worry; you’ve got us on your side. We follow a rigorous yet flexible process to ensure that we capture all of your needs and deliver a captivating training product.
What about a blended approach?
Instructors spend 90% of their time just reciting the content. Blended learning frees them up to facilitate fascinating conversations and answer complex questions, while letting the learner cover the basic content at a time and place that suits them.

Associated British Ports
We researched, developed and delivered a disability awareness workshop focused on best practices when supporting people with disabilities in ports and cruise terminals.

We visited a large yacht during a yard period to deliver a bespoke package of onboard training and soft auditing.
Associated British Ports
As part of their continuous efforts to improve safety, ABP asked us to develop a package of training materials to ensure that all of their mooring teams across the country are operating to the same, high standard, based on industry best practice.
Royal Navy
We worked with the UK’s Royal Navy to develop a package of training on the Collision Regulations for their Junior Officers. We are now delivering this to each Initial Warface Officer’s Course on an ongoing basis.
